Undefined is a dynamic consultancy and training company helping our clients to renew people’s thinking and behaviour in work organisations. We are specialised in strategic changes and organisational transformations in which people and culture are key to organisation’s success. We continuously explore and develop new tools to facilitate strategy processes, organisational renewal and individual learning in our client organisations. Strategy and business model re‑design

We help our clients to sharpen and renew their strategic focus by supporting and facilitating business model renewal. We focus especially on re-assessments of current models and opportunity prototyping for the development of new businesses. We help our clients to develop capabilities in strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills and support them in building a culture of experimentation.

We have trained thousands of managers and experts in strategic thinking and execution skills in private and public sector organisations since 2001.

Culture and leadership renewal

We design and deliver tailor-made leadership and culture development programs for our client organisations consisting e.g. of participative and engaging workshops, change management tools and methods, training, coaching and assessment tools. Our development and training programs are always designed based on the analysis and understanding of business needs.

We helped a public-sector organisation to renew its structure, to transform its culture and to develop leadership capabilities in a major digitalisation reform.

We designed and delivered a strategic leadership development program for senior and middle managers in an education organisation to foster a cultural change in the midst of industry transformation.

Strategy execution and communication

We design and facilitate participative strategy processes for our client organisations for better decision-making and increased ownership of strategic issues. We accelerate strategy execution by providing tools for implementing and communicating strategy in an understandable way, by developing managers’ leadership and communication skills, by engaging people in change initiatives and by building change capability into organisation.

We trained all the senior and middle managers in an insurance company to communicate and implement a new strategy and renew its culture into a desired direction.

HR development support

We provide strategic understanding and hands-on expertise in building and implementing people strategies and human capital practices into our client organisations - fitting them with the company’s target culture and strategic focus. We are especially enthusiastic to explore lean and agile ways of organising, and to build entrepreneurial culture and mindset into work organisations.

We helped a growth-company in the law industry to create their people strategy, to develop strategic HR processes and practices and to create a foundation for an HR function in the company.
